refreshing wallet deletes transactions

Recommended Posts

I had 7 transactions in my wallet, all deposits, and I was waiting on the #8 deposit to show up

so I refreshed the wallet and the first 5 transactions disappeared and only the last 3 were showing and

the total balance was showing and accurate.  I then refreshed one more time and this time, the balance

went to zero.  After closing the wallet and reopening it, the balance now shows but only the last 3 transactions

are showing. If I input the address of the wallet on the casinocoin explorer, all 8 transactions shows with the

normal balances.

I tried the same thing with a test wallet in another location with a better internet speed and same thing happened as

the other one except that all transactions disappeared but  everything shows on the explorer.

So, it's not the internet connection that is the problem.

Is refreshing the wallet suppose to erase the transactions to make room for new ones?

I am using a macbook pro  with a 10.10.5 yosemite system.

Thanx

I am not a mac user, however from what I've seen around there is a bug that should be addressed in future release that tackles that problem you are describing. Just be assured that if your transaction is appearing on explorer then it had been processed .

Ben, the same thing happened to me when I refreshed my wallet. I do see my transactions and balance when I open up CasinoCoin Explorer, but have no idea how to get that data to show up again in my CSC Wallet. Any clue?

Maybe a stupid question. But why refresh the Wallet?
The CSC will arrive, just be patient for the transaction to occur, from the exchange/exchanges where you bought them and transferered them to your wallet.
If the exchange has an email confirmation needed to be done before transfering, it might take some extra time, after you confirm that email.

I have my wallet open when I transfer my CSC, and normally after I confirm the withdrawal to my wallet - max 3-5 seconds and the wallet plings and the CSC are there.
Most of the time just 1-2 seconds. Faster than XRP :classic_biggrin:

My issue was resolved by logging out of my wallet then rebooting my computer. Logged back in to my wallet and my CSC was now showing again. Woohoo!

I guess its an option, especially if your wallet gets disconnected you can reconnect and refresh ledger. Or maybe after update ?
