NUEX has added Live Chat Support

Recommended Posts

NUEX is upping their game. They have a Live Support Chat. Tried it. Liked it. You can use it as a non registered user and of course as a registered user :JC_doubleup:

NUEX user interface is awesome.

The better the UI the more people will want to use it.

Simplicity is key.

Hope they are listed soon on CMC>

This puts them head and shoulders above any other exchange support-wise. Who knows, Nuex may end up being CSC's 'big' exchange...

Are their fees still 0? They need to change that or LCW and CMC won't add 'em.

Yes... They still Zero... Nada Nada...

Is that a requirement??...

As long as they have 0 fees all volume will be seen as fake as it costs nothing to produce it, they need to add fees.

Oh Wow!!...

I didn't know that!!... Well we can ask them for a tinymicromolecular fee??...  :classic_rolleyes:

I'd be all up for that. We'd also be the only group in crypto history that will be begging an exchange to add fees to their transactions 😄

Hmm ... wouldn't it be great if there was a generic API for this (think XRP/Coil/Xpring) ...

Didn't quite understand. They need to charge a trading fee which would be internal to their systems. This doesn't refer to the regular transaction fee between addresses. They cover that cost in the withdrawal fees right now.

Yes, you're right @Fidgetspinner I was triggered by "tinymicromolecular fee" and got a little carried away. Of course an exchange would rather implement/code trading fees themselves if needed.

Just got a PM telling me there is a 0.10% fee, good.

Strange. I just logged in to nuex.com, and the fee still shows 0 on the CSC/XRP pair as well as the BTC pair.

What are we talking about here? Nuex adding a transaction Fee. And early users will have no fee? Forever? Or what? And who qualifies as a Early User? Kind of lost me there @Daniel Keller

@LeGonze

We that do not have any trading fees at Nuex are Early Birds. They added a fee, but Chat Support did know when. So lets be happy about it as long as it lasts.
Beacuse they might change it anytime in the Future, when the Nuex Team decides to do it (All according to their Chat Support)
