What Exchanges I wanna see.

Recommended Posts

1st Binance.

Binance no fee for listing.

They have said it not about the fee, it's more about what's unique about your coin, how is it different, what problem does it solve in the market place.

2nd bittrex.

Again no fee for listing.

Same what's unique about you coin.

3rd Coinbase.

Coinbase have said that over the next few months they will be listing many, many coins.

No fee. No problem with going for a listing.

----

Cfinex is closing.

A few people have said we need to wait for BRM to release before new exchanges.

My view: 3 months is to long, plus it maybe another 10 months of testing, in the sandbox.

Having a new exchange now will give traders confidence. Most people get stuck when they see the exchange's.

There is many many many XRP people I have told about  CasinoCoin. They always say they will wait for a better exchange.

Being on a strong exchange may boost price a little, and from that give the CSC team  more capital to play with.

Which can open doors to more exchange's and help with other expenses the team may have.

My two picks after Binance are:

Liquid

Covesting

Liquid has the largest global fiat to crypto market and are rock solid in terms of compliance.

Liquid being regulated by the Japanese FSA and all crypto kept on the exchange is in cold storage.

They are aiming to be the gateway for institutional money into Crypto and been around since 2014.

Liquid are also backed by one of the wealthiest guys in Japan.

For a regulated crypto like CSC it makes perfect sense to be on an exchange that is also hugely concerned with meeting compliance obligations.

Liquid also currently have the lowest fees re fiat to crypto.

They will also  have a full banking licence by Q3 2019.

Covesting

A new exchange and about to launch this quarter.

They are to be the first exchange to be granted the DLT licence which is incredibly difficult to obtain.

They are having to meet the same standards as a bank and will allow fiat deposits to turn into Crypto and then Crypto to fiat into your bank on the way back out.

Covesting is being run by ex Saxo bank staff.

Again with Covesting I'm pretty sure all crypto kept on the exchange is in cold storage. (Not saying Crypto should be kept on an exchange but it gives confidence to traders who need their Crypto constantly accessible for trading)

Both the above exchanges are 100% compliance focussed and allow fiat to Crypto and the reverse on the way out.

Both perfect fits for CSC.

With their stance on regulation aligning with CasinoCoin's I think Neon Exchange (NEX) would be a good exchange for the foundation to set their sights on. Due to go live soon we would be getting in early doors.

Disclaimer: I got in on the NEX ICO and have equal confidence in their team as I do in the CasinoCoin foundation.

@Alcar has suggested Kracken which would be a great exchange to be listed on (as would Nex, Liquid or Covesting)

Maybe tweet the STEX listing of csc to Kracken when the official announcement is done and raise the profile of csc.

In my post I suggested that anyone on Kracken should e-mail them as I have.  Scratch that.  They said won't help.  However, I did get the e-mail that only developers can use to request that Kracken lists them.  The e-mail also includes the information that they need from the developer.  I'm going to PM Daniel with this information and he and the team can take it from there.

I just sent Daniel a PM regarding what Kracken needs.

Daniel, please let me know that you got the PM or if you had any trouble with my attachment.

Thanks in advance.

I saw the messages and here is what I replied and said somewhere else before, once the BRM is public, the sandbox running and people using it, this will a whole different ball game. people like CZ are bragging about how they would love to add coins with real-world usage and a use case... well, watch us closely.

It is not like I didn't do my homework, here is my personal list of exchange I want us to review and contact.

Looking at the Binance listing tips I think there's a very good chance CSC will get added at some point.

💯%

Think the team is just wanting for the BRM to be released.

If we got list on Binance now it may make a massive pump and crash.

Interesting @Lancsgent. Never heard of. Did a quick scan of the site. I like the FIAT pairing there. For instance XRP/EUR.

Sure, it's up to the team itself to establish the timeline.

You just can't prevent such a pump 'n dump after being listed on any major exchange, though ... this is independent from any utility of the underlying asset.

Yea if that does happen.

I think it's better to have a working product in the market, than nothing.

As not only traders but real users and casino's of the BRM will drive volume aswell.

I was listening to a podcast featuring Alex Mashinsky (CEO of Celsius Network), he has some great views and motivations in general but he really made me think about exchanges in his interview:
https://offthechain.libsyn.com/alex-mashinsky-what-decentralization-really-means

It's a great talk, I'd recommend listening to the whole thing but the particular part about the exchanges is at the 38 minute mark. The gist is that most exchanges out there are guilty of front-running their customers, and even pumping/dumping coins, which is really not great for coins starting out like CSC. Alex Mashinsky says he wrote to the exchanges and asked for a declaration that they aren't doing these shady actions (front running etc) and funnily enough he's still waiting on a reply from Binance...I think there's more to consider than just "wen binance", we should consider the motivations of the exchanges themselves and if their potential actions/manipulations are going to jeopardize the CSC market.

Isn’t it highly probable that CSC will gain value simply through usage? Even with no new exchanges.. y/n?
